Refund policy

 

At Little Artifex customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning:

  • The product is unopened, unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The only exception to the above regards the sale of our Magnetic Wall Chalkboards, where a small "chalkboard sample piece" in the approximate size of 12x12cm is included in the package. This small sample piece can be used to first test if the wall is applicable for the full Magnetic Wall Chalkboard, so that the actual product is not opened or used in case the wall should not be suitable for application of the actual product.

In this case the product can be returned without the small "chalkboard sample piece" of approximately 12x12cm, however the actual product and ALL other parts of the product are to be returned incl. the scraper and product manual/ setup guide. 

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) unless the item is defective/ damaged due to a production error. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please perform the following steps within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Contact us at support@littleartifex.dk. Include your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Photos (if applicable, e.g. for damage or defects).

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: The exact return address in the respective country will be given per e-mail after the return has been requested. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@littleartifex.dk.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us as soon as possible on support@littleartifex.dk.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
